How to book your room
The room block rate is an Adult only, ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfers.
It's very important that you book your reservation through our room block. By doing so, you are getting locked into the events for Sami & Jordan’s wedding events. Plus they receive extra amenities for their wedding.
We've made the booking process easy for our guests, and you can book your stay for only a $100.00 non-refundable per person deposit for the room plus travel protection.
Let us know if you want Cash back option or Future travel credit option.
To get booked into our wedding block, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Need legal names (no nicknames)
Step 2: We will receive your form and will email you an invoice based on your room selection, the number of people, insurance selection & dates.
Step 3: Once you receive an invoice, please pay the $100.00 pp non-refundable deposit along with the travel protection of choice.
Step 4: Mark your calendar for the 2nd payment that will be due on Sept. 2, 2024. That amount will be 50% of the total package price.
Step 5: Mark your calendar for the final payment that will be due on Oct. 16, 2024.
Step 6: Start your countdown to paradise.

Cash Back or Future Travel Credit
By purchasing our Travel Protection Plus, you can relax and have confidence in you vacation purchase.
If needed, you can cancel your trip for any reason. Simply email us at any time prior to departure to cancel and receive a refund in the form of a travel credit or cash back, minus the cost of the Travel Protection and your $100.00 per person non-refundable deposit.
Other benefits include no fees for vacation changes, hurricane travel credit, and during travel benefits such as 24-hour emergency assistance, baggage protection and more.
We highly recommend you taking travel protection to protect your investment in travel.

• "No Show" situations where the traveler does not check in and denied boarding situations are not covered

• If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate
• No name changes or substitutions on travel protection plans
• Cost to change to an alternate scheduled airline as a result of an airline schedule change prior to departure

Prefer to pay for your getaway over time? No problem! Payment plans are available for our guests.
All guests will pay their $100 non-refundable deposit per person to secure their room. You are also required to pay for your travel protection at this time. See the Travel Insurance tab for details.
2nd Deposit is due Sept 2, 2024. This deposit is 50% of your package that is due.
You are welcome to make payments as often as you wish after the 1st Deposit & Final payment.
Confirmation # is your Reservation number on your invoice.

- Casual dress code: No sleeveless shirts for men. No wet swimsuits (ladies must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up).
- Casual Elegance: Sneakers, tennis shoes or dress sandals; dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops permitted. Long pants required for men.

Airport & Transfers
Many people have airline points, miles, travel vouchers, etc. For ultimate flexibility for our guests, Escape by Travel will handle room accommodations and transfers.
Air isn't included in the land package.
If you would prefer Escape by Travel to handle your flights, reach out to us. We need to know what airport you are flying from along which class of air.
If you are booking your own flights, you will be flying into Cancun (CUN) airport. You will need to submit to me the flights you have booked for the trip so I can line up your airport transfers.
Transportation to & from your resort will be included with the package.
Mexico Travel Requirements
ENTER CANCUN AIRPORT REQUIREMENTS
To enter Cancun Airport, you are required to have a valid passport book.
You do not need any immigration form to enter the country.
RIVIERA MAYA ECO TAX
The Municipality of Solidaridad will be charging an Eco Tax of $1.10 USD per rom per night. This amount is NOT included in your group rate. This is collected at your hotel. These funds are being used to protect, maintain and conserve the natural beauty of the destinations, the area and it's surroundings.
MEXICO EXIT TAX
Visitors can pay prior to departing for their resort at the Cancun airport upon arrival or departure or at any time prior to their departure back home.
